IT'S IN OUR BLOOD

Since our first day in business in August of 1992, Wireline Technologies has had one goal, designing and manufacturing the world's best wireline and slickline sheaves. We work tirelessly with engineers from all industry leaders and independent companies to refine and improve our products to meet their precise needs. We know that optimal production and employee safety are your biggest concerns. These concerns drive our motivation for quality and exacting detail. Our determination to exceed your expectations is the reason we remain the world leader year after year.

Our employees are committed to manufacturing excellence. Nearly all our management team and office staff have been with Wireline for more than 15 years. We are proud that our production crew has an average of eight years of hands-on experience manufacturing our products. You see, we only want experts creating your sheaves; at Wireline, we have the very best. We work together as a family, and I guess you could say rigging sheaves are in our blood.

RECERTIFICATION

In an industry where there is a constant need to drill deeper in search of precious resources, the equipment is pushed to its limits and expected to deliver at peak performance. To help maintain the safety and integrity of our equipment, we recommend yearly recertification of all our rigging and slickline sheaves and all other lifting equipment.

Our recertification program offers you the security of knowing that your equipment is in good working condition and ready for whatever challenge you throw its way.

All sheaves and equipment sent in for recertification undergo a thorough inspection by trained staff upon arrival. The sheaves are pull-tested, NDT inspected, reassembled with new bearings-seals-Mfg updates, packed with fresh grease. Finally, the assembled products are meticulously inspected under the same quality standards as a new sheave. At WTI, we maintain historical records of all sheaves that we recertify. These records ensure the complete traceability for all load-bearing components.
